To obtain tickets for the Pope's Christmas or Easter Masses or any special celebrations at the Vatican, a written request, with names and date of the Mass, should be faxed to the Prefecture of the Pontifical Household (Fax no. +39 06 69885863) at least one week in advance.

Tickets must then be collected on the afternoon before the Mass (from 15.00 to 19.00) from the ticket office at the end of the right hand colonnade in St Peter's Square (Bronze Doors). Early arrival is essential, as tickets are not numbered
